1. Agreement to Terms

By installing OptimaFlow 1-Click Upsell ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.

2. Zero-Commission & Flat Pricing Guarantee

We believe merchants should keep what they earn:

0% Commission: We do not take a percentage or transaction fee on your upsell orders.
No Surprise Tiers: You will never be automatically bumped into an expensive tier based on total store volume or non-upsell orders.
Flat Pricing: Our Pro plan is fixed at \$19/month, billed through standard Shopify native billing.

3. Checkout Native Extensibility

The App utilizes official Shopify Checkout Extensibility APIs. We do not inject custom JavaScript into your storefront theme, ensuring that your online store remains fast and clean.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. Any upcoming charges will cease immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

OptimaFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
