Privacy Policy

OptimaFlow builds high-performance, merchant-first Shopify applications. OptimaFlow 1-Click Upsell allows merchants to offer native post-purchase upsells during the Shopify checkout flow without charging percentage commissions.

To provide post-purchase upsell offers, the App accesses:

• Store identifiers: Your myshopify.com domain and API access tokens.
• Catalog information: Products, variants, titles, images, and prices used to render upsell offers.
• Order context: Line items, order ID, and subtotal at the moment of checkout, strictly to evaluate whether an upsell funnel trigger rule is met.

• We do NOT store customer credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment credentials. All transactions are securely processed directly by Shopify Checkout.
• We do NOT display third-party advertisements, affiliate cross-promotions, or banner farms.
• We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your store's customer lists.

When you uninstall the App, Shopify sends a webhook notification and all associated data (funnel configs, settings, analytics events) is permanently erased within 48 hours. We fully comply with Shopify GDPR mandatory webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact).
