1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using OptimaFlow 1-Click Upsell ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not install or use the App.

2. Zero Commission & Flat Billing Model

We firmly oppose charging merchants a percentage cut of gross turnover or penalizing high-volume stores:

Free Tier: Includes up to 30 upsell orders per month at $0.
Pro Plan: Flat $19/month with unlimited orders and 0% revenue share.
No Order Taxes: We never tax offline, POS, or non-upsell orders.
All subscription charges are billed securely via Shopify's Billing API.

3. Permitted Usage & Checkout Compliance

The App operates strictly via Shopify's official Checkout Extensibility targets (purchase.post-purchase.render and purchase.thank-you.block.render). Merchants may not use the App to offer prohibited items under Shopify Acceptable Use Policies.

4. Cancellation & Uninstall

You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify Admin. Uninstallation immediately stops offer rendering and triggers automated webhook cancellation of the subscription.
